Topeka real estate developer Kent D. Lindemuth received a nine-week extension on Monday to prepare for his criminal case in U.S. District Court.
Lindemuth, who faces 103 counts of bankruptcy fraud in federal court, also has a criminal case in Shawnee County District Court, which starts in September.
Lindemuth waived his appearance in federal court on Monday.
