Topeka-bound actress Lindsay Wagner, best known for her portrayal of “The Bionic Woman,” can be seen on television in a Valentine’s Day movie on the UP network.
Wagner will appear Feb. 20. at the first Empower ComicCon in the Maner Conference Centre adjacent to the Capitol Plaza Hotel on the grounds of the Kansas Expocentre
