A defense attorney will seek a sentence reduction for Jason Rea Dale, who pleaded guilty May 26 to three felonies, a Shawnee County District judge said Monday.
Dale, 35, was sentenced 15 years earlier for beating a man’s head on concrete.
Dale pleaded guilty May 26 to aggravated assault after pointing a firearm at a victim in December 2014 and pleaded guilty to three more felonies: one count of stalking and two counts of aggravated intimidation of a witness, according to court records.
