A "shoulder bump" between two men at a mall escalated into the fatal drive-by killing of a southeast Topeka man a day later in April, a witness testified Friday.
The testimony came during the preliminary hearing on Friday of De’Angelo Megle Martinez, 20, of Topeka, who is charged with premeditated first-degree murder in the shooting death of Brian Wade Miller on April 8 in the 2000 block of S.E. Echo Ridge.
