The Kansas Supreme Court has reversed the conviction of a woman accused of intimidating a witness to the 2011 murder of Natalie Gibson and shooting of Lori Allison at a Topeka home.
Breonna Wilkins was convicted of aggravated intimidation of a witness after police listening to her phone conversations heard her attempts to dissuade Frednetta Winston, a friend who had been charged in the murder, from testifying against co-defendants.
