WICHITA — The second of two teenagers accused in a Wichita, Kansas, robbery shooting that paralyzed the victim has been sentenced to prison.
Sixteen-year-old Dreamis Webster of Wichita was sentenced Friday in Sedgwick County to more than 12 years in prison. Webster pleaded guilty to charges of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault and aggravated battery.
Webster also was ordered to pay more than $8,000 to David Simonton, who testified via Skype during Webster’s sentencing hearing.
