A Kansas House committee heard testimony Monday on two pieces of legislation that could incentivize public employees to continue working beyond retirement age.
House Bill 2656, introduced last week in the House Committee on Pensions and Benefits, would allow licensed school employees to receive retirement benefits if they continue working past retirement age.
