Despite diverging approaches to the Syrian refugee crisis and a dispute over agriculture labeling, the economies of Canada and Kansas remain intrinsically linked, a Canadian diplomat said Friday.
Canadian Consul General Marcy Grossman met with business groups, legislators and administration officials, including Gov. Sam Brownback, this week as part of an outreach and goodwill visit to the Kansas capital.
“Everything is very copacetic right now in the Canada-U.S. relationship and Canada-Kansas relationship,” Grossman said.
