KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Missouri man serving time for rape, kidnapping and other violent crimes has been charged in connection with the July 1986 rape of a Kansas City woman.
Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker says DNA evidence tied 61-year-old Cleophus Parker to the attack in Kansas City’s east bottoms. Parker, an inmate in the Jefferson City Correctional Center, was charged Thursday with two counts of rape, forcible sodomy and first-degree robbery.
