A 26-year-old man has been charged with 18 felonies, including aggravated human trafficking, and many of the remaining felonies allege sexual offenses in which the victims are teens.
On Tuesday, the defendant, Anthony Samuel Long, remained in Shawnee County Jail in lieu of a $500,000 cash or professional surety bond, a jail official said.
But Long can't bond out because he also is charged with a probation violation, which is nonbondable.
