GIRARD — A Crawford County District judge bound over Todd M. Kidwell, a Chanute man, on Thursday night to face trial on reckless second-degree murder in a truck-bicycle crash in which Glenda Taylor, the head of the Washburn University art department, was killed June 7, 2015.
District Judge Lori Bolton Fleming also certified Kidwell, 37, to be tried on misdemeanor counts of reckless driving and failing to pass a bicyclist within 3 feet.
The judge dismissed a third misdemeanor count of driving left in a no-passing zone. ...
