A man who awoke early on Sept. 20, 2014, testified Wednesday he saw a man dragging a small girl into some woods near his East Topeka home.
Jurors heard those details during the first day of testimony in the trial of Jeremy James Lindsey, 29, of Topeka, who is charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl in September 2014.
