Veteran comedian Bob Zany isn’t concerned that the recent terrorist attacks in Paris, aboard a Russian airliner and elsewhere around the globe will dampen the mood when he performs Friday night in Heritage Hall at the Kansas Expocentre.
Zany, who has been a professional comic for more than 35 years, said, “The bottom line is people want to laugh.”
“They want to forget for an hour or two,” Zany said Tuesday by telephone en route to an afternoon corporate gig in Omaha, Neb.
