Political action committees controlled by the Kansas Republican Party and Gov. Sam Brownback provided more than 40 percent of contributions since July to the state's leading anti-abortion PAC, campaign finance reports said Monday.
Brownback's Road Map PAC donated $25,000 of $71,000 taken in by operators of the Kansans for Life PAC. The state GOP invested $5,000 in the political advocacy arm of Kansans for Life from July 22 to Oct. 27.
