Todd Park Mohr, the Todd of the band Big Head Todd and the Monsters, says being a lifelong fan of Muddy Waters and Howlin’ Wolf made him a fan of Willie Dixon, whose songs his side project, the Big Head Blues Club, will celebrate in a concert Friday night at the Topeka Performing Arts Center.
