Sometimes when Liz Stratton didn’t want any notoriety for underwriting some of its concerts, the Topeka Jazz Workshop Inc. called her its “angel.”
Well, the Topeka Jazz Workshop Inc. once again has been touched by its angel, this time with her permission to announce a gift of $50,000 to an endowment fund for jazz scholarships.
