WICHITA — Authorities are seeking a Wichita woman who is accused of nearly hitting a group of mounted police officers.
The Wichita Eagle (http://bit.ly/2exJgkI ) reports that a collision was narrowly avoided early Sunday when the woman exited a parking lot in the city’s Old Town district at a high rate of speed.
