Colorado marijuana appears to be replacing marijuana supplies from Mexico and homegrown marijuana, and has “permeated nearly all parts of Kansas,” the Kansas Attorney General’s Office said Monday.
Derek Schmidt’s office gathered information from local law enforcement officials and surveyed county and district attorneys, sheriffs and police departments on the topic of marijuana coming from Colorado since that state legalized the drug.
