A Mexican holiday in honor of the dead once again will get Topeka’s NOTO Arts District lively Saturday when the Tonantzin Society stages a street fair to kick off its fifth annual Dia de los Muertos Citywide Festival.
From noon to 5 p.m., booths selling Mexican food, arts, crafts, clothing and other wares, along with other vendors, will line N. Kansas Avenue between Gordon and Norris streets.
The free fair also will include two stages with live entertainment.
