The Kansas Highway Patrol says it will not change its policy on tattoos on troopers.
The Salina Journal (http://bit.ly/2dKwlX2 ) reports that the agency released a statement Tuesday saying a more focused effort on recruiting and a salary scale adjustment have generated enough applicants for jobs without having to alter the policy.
