LINDSBORG, Kan. — The Kansas Army National Guard is investigating after a private admitted to being involved when chalk messages, including some that were racially offensive, were written on the sidewalks of Bethany College.
The 19-year-old apologized to The Salina Journal for his involvement. He offered no details about what happened Sept. 3 at the college in the central Kansas town of Lindsborg.
