Shawnee County District Court jurors on Wednesday convicted Topeka businessman Kent D. Lindemuth of one count of making a criminal threat to an Oklahoma trucking company owner and acquitted Lindemuth of a second count of the same charge.
Lindemuth’s expression didn’t change when the court bailiff read the verdicts at about 11:15 a.m. Wednesday.
With the guilty verdict, Lindemuth became a felon, as making a criminal threat is a low-level person felony.
