Three people suffered injuries in a three-vehicle wreck Saturday in Stafford County, and one later died, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP).
As described in an online crash log, a Ford Escort failed to yield at the intersection of US-281 and US-50 highways at about 11:08 a.m. three miles south of St. John.
The log said the Escort pulled in front of a Honda Accord on US-50, causing a collision, propelling the Escort into a ditch. The Accord then struck a Dodge Avenger that had been stopped on US-281.
