Federal prosecutors say they didn't view video of attorney-client meetings at Leavenworth Detention Center

The U.S. Attorney’s office says none of its workers or any law enforcement officers viewed tapes of attorney-client meetings at Leavenworth Detention Center, a disclosure that comes after a federal judge said the recordings contained privileged information.

In fresh court filings, prosecutors also floated the possibility the recordings might show conduct that would be exempt from attorney-client privilege and asked that the video be preserved.
