Topeka real estate developer Kent E. Lindemuth, who is charged with more than 100 counts of bankruptcy fraud, will return to federal court in late August.
Earlier this month, U.S. District Court Judge Daniel Crabtree declared the case to be complex and scheduled a status hearing to be conducted on Aug. 29. Lindemuth, who is charged with 103 counts of bankruptcy fraud, had sought the complex designation.
Lindemuth, 64, is charged with purchasing 103 firearms after filing for bankruptcy.
