A former U.S. Army private who was stationed at Fort Riley pleaded guilty and was sentenced Tuesday to two years in federal prison for stealing his fellow soldiers’ identities, said acting Kansas-based U.S. Attorney Tom Beall.
Todd M. Newbrough was ordered to pay more than $23,400 in restitution.
