WICHITA — A Kansas man faces federal charges accusing him of having sex with a minor in the Philippines.
Anthony Shultz of Lindsborg appeared in federal court in Wichita on Friday. Charges against him include engaging in illicit sexual conduct in a foreign country and production of child pornography.
Court documents say he’s accused of traveling to the Philippines, where he engaged in sex with the minor and recorded videos of the encounter before distributing the videos online.
