A Junction City man was re-sentenced Monday to 30 years in federal prison for trafficking cocaine, said U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom.
Albert Dwayne Banks, 33, of Junction City, was convicted for conspiracy to distribute more than 280 grams of crack cocaine and distributing crack cocaine.
Last month, Banks was sentenced to life. The sentence was reduced based on the judge’s consideration of aggravating factors in the sentence.
