During his first official board of education meeting as superintendent on July 11, Steve Noble told Seaman Unified School District 345 board members and staff he was reading the book, “Start with Why,” by Simon Sinek.
Asking the “why?” questions when it comes to educating children, he said, is a key component of the philosophy he will be applying to the Seaman district in the coming months.
