A eastern Kansas man has been sentenced for distributing child pornography, acting Kansas-based U.S. Attorney Tom Beall said on Monday.
Zachary E. Krueger, 33, of Emporia, was sentenced to six years in federal prison for the crime after he pleaded guilty to one count of distributing child porn.
Beall said in his plea, Krueger admitted he distributed child porn over the internet using an encrypted peer-to-peer network.
