ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — A former St. Joseph school district superintendent who was overpaid more than $660,000 in pension payments pleaded guilty Monday to one count of wire fraud.
Dan Colgan, 70, of St. Joseph, faces one year and one day in prison under the plea he entered in federal court in Kansas City, the U.S. attorney’s office said in a news release.
