Prosecution and defense attorneys argued Thursday whether a defense witness should be allowed to appear as an expert during the trial of Colin Edward Pritchard who is charged with fatally shooting his wife in early 2015.
Pritchard is charged with premeditated first-degree murder in the shooting death of Cindy Pritchard, 51, on March 18, 2015.
