An 80-year-old man was killed in a one-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in Anderson County, authorities said.
The crash was reported at 12:30 p.m. about a half-mile north of Garnett on US-59 highway.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 2015 Dodge Durango sport utility vehicle was traveling south on US-59 highway when it left the roadway and entered the west ditch. The Durango then hit a road approach and came to rest on its passenger side.
