KANSAS CITY, Kan. — The former controller of a Kansas company has been ordered to serve a year and three months in federal prison after pleading guilty to embezzling more than $135,000 from his employer.
Alan Wenk, 43, was sentenced Monday in Kansas City, Kan. That is where he pleaded guilty in February to two counts of bank fraud.
