ELLSWORTH — The mother of a Kansas high schooler who says he was sexually assaulted by members of the swim team on a bus after a competition alleges in a lawsuit that he needs therapy and has stopped attending the school.
The Great Bend school district, the school board, two coaches, a bus driver, three administrators and the parents of four students are listed as defendants in the lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday in Ellsworth County District Court.
