Pottawatomie County deputies responding to a domestic disturbance Friday afternoon arrested an alleged shooter after nearly two hours.
A caller phoned the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office around 12:26 p.m. Friday to report a domestic disturbance and possible gunshots in Louisville, according to Sheriff Greg Riat.
The caller said Jarvis Clerk fired a gun at a female victim he lived with and then fled the scene.
