WICHITA — A Kansas judge has declined a request to change the bond conditions for former Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle.
The Wichita Eagle reports (http://j.mp/22WEfyI ) that Randle’s attorney sought to change the conditions so that Randle would be released to the care of family instead of the NFL Players Association and NFL security.
