Two charities will be banned from fundraising after prosecutors across the country, including in Kansas, accused the organizations of fraud.
Cancer Fund of America and Cancer Support Services will be dissolved under a settlement announced Wednesday in a lawsuit in which Attorney General Derek Schmidt participated.
The settlement includes a $75.8 million judgment against the two Tennessee-based charities.
