KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City man has been charged in the fatal shooting of a man whose body was found in a parked car.
The Jackson County prosecutor’s office says 26-year-old Lakeith R. Courtney is charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the November 2015 death of Kevin Durham.
