HUTCHINSON — Police have arrested two teens who are accused of plotting to attack a Kansas high school.
The Hutchinson News reports that the 15- and 14-year-old Hutchinson boys were taken into custody Tuesday. They’re being held on suspicion of conspiracy to commit capital murder at Hutchinson High School.
